Director of Aftermarket Sales
Specialty Vehicle Aftermarket Service Provider is exploding with growth through investing in new technologies, organic growth, and acquisitions.

• Responsible for the management, development, and growth of the Parts and Accessories business unit, the Customer and Product Support shared services team, including effective strategic long-term planning to ensure departmental operations.
• Lead customer satisfaction and profitability within these departments.
• Provide general oversight of all spare parts accessories and customer product support, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the organizations function efficiently
• Develop annual strategies, revenue forecasts, budgets, organizations, and metrics reflective of a customer-centric and profitable organization and hold the team accountable for success
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of effective processes and flows to support Organization Business Systems, maintain ISO certification, and drive improvements
• Communicate with cross-functional teams (engineering, materials, purchasing, sales) and department managers to resolve issues and ensure objectives are met


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or Operations required; Master’s degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse and logistics management
• 5 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• APICS, Six Sigma Greenbelt, and PMP certifications preferred
