Nealy Pierce is partnering with a stable, non-profit hospital in the Southeast US Region to identify a Director of Acute Care Nursing Services.

Position Scope

• Oversight of inpatient nursing operations
• Leadership of 150+ FTE's
• Support from established Nurse Managers and Clinical Coordinators
• Partnership with an engaged and supportive executive nursing team

Qualifications

• RN required
• BSN required; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years acute care nursing background
• 3+ years progressive nursing leadership experience
• Med/Surg leadership experience required
• Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
