Position Scope

Oversight of inpatient nursing operations
Leadership of 150+ FTE's
Support from established Nurse Managers and Clinical Coordinators
Partnership with an engaged and supportive executive nursing team

Qualifications

RN required
BSN required; Master’s preferred
5+ years acute care nursing background
3+ years progressive nursing leadership experience
Med/Surg leadership experience required
Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills
