Director of Account Management

Job Description

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own and grow client relationships with a focus on increasing platform utilization among low-engagement accounts
  • Act as the “quarterback” between clients and internal teams (marketing, analytics, clinical ops) to drive success
  • Conduct regular QBRs, track customer performance, and present insights to help clients optimize their programs
  • Partner with internal marketing to create enablement materials (e.g., presentations, usage data sheets)
  • Lead and mentor a team of two account managers; define best practices and client success playbooks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the client journey and ensure a consistent experience across the board
  • Report on account health, growth opportunities, and client satisfaction metrics
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or channel enablement in a healthcare or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to increase product or service utilization within an existing client base
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with external partners or enterprise clients
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Hands-on experience leading teams or mentoring junior account managers
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Telehealth or digital health experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with internal marketing and analytics teams to create client-facing materials
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
