About the Director Women's Services (RN) Position:

We are seeking an inspirational and transformational leader who will provide the strategic and visionary direction of the department, serve as a mentor to the nursing leadership team, ensure regulatory compliance, build and maintain positive physician relationships, and ensure the highest level of quality and patient safety is provided to the community.

Qualifications & Requirements for Director Women's Services (RN)

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (BSN) / Master's preferred
• RN Active License State of Tennessee
• 7 years of general Labor and Delivery clinical nursing experience
• 3 years of Labor and Delivery leadership experience highly desired
• Inspirational, collaborative leadership style
• Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring a team, and ensuring positive working relationships with physicians
