Our client is a 200+ bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center.

They have an immediate opening for a top Director of Trauma ICU to infuse new energy and enthusiasm into an already smooth running department.

Provides leadership and demonstrates responsibility and accountability for the delivery of safe, quality, patient care for assigned departments on a 24 hour basis. Ensures department's standard of nursing practice, nursing policies and procedures meet legal, and all accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor Degree required, BSN or Master's Degree preferred from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years current experience in Critical Care Leadership in an Acute Care Setting.

Licensure/Certification:

• Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 90 days of hire.
