The hospital has 130 beds, all in private rooms. It is the regional trauma center for its region and features many centers of excellence, including neuroscience, orthopedics, rehabilitation, birthing center, imaging, stroke and cancer care. They are fully accredited by The Joint Commission.

They have an opening for a true "A" player to spearhead their rapidly expanding Surgical Services department with responsibility for 10 State of the Art Operating Rooms

Accountable for the highest quality nursing care and for the administrative management of assigned surgical services. Responsible for setting objectives, planning and directing the activities of the surgical, post-anesthesia care unit, outpatient surgery, anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia units.

Qualifications:

Education, Licensures, and Certifications:

  • State of CA license Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree – Required.
  • Master's Degree – Preferred.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years clinical, management and/or administrative experience - Required.
