Director, Supply Chain S/4 Tower Lead
The Supply Chain Lead for this program will oversee the Supply Chain functions, including Operations, Quality & Safety, and Warehousing & Distribution, working closely with the IT Lead for Supply Chain to ensure the successful implementation of the Supply Chain solutions. This position will also take on a leadership role in Operations. The focus is on implementing industry-leading practices and supporting Supply Chain activities throughout the global design and execution phases, ensuring business needs are met. Since this is part of a global initiative, this role will collaborate with other teams to ensure all Supply Chain-related impacts are properly addressed. The position involves significant leadership responsibilities, managing key business stakeholders and aligning project timelines and costs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Represent the Supply Chain business to ensure global requirements are met in alignment with the broader program vision and strategic goals.
- Manage business stakeholders and subject matter experts, advocating for standardized global processes with minimal customizations.
- Collaborate with IT to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Work with other teams to address cross-functional impacts and drive efficient processes.
- Ensure the Supply Chain solution delivers on its intended benefits, including streamlined processes and cost efficiencies.
- Advocate for necessary business changes and ensure all requirements are addressed through a formal governance process.
- Align business requirements with the program’s release schedule and budget.
- Act as an escalation point for the Supply Chain function on requirement and solution discussions.
- Mobilize both internal and external resources to support the program, addressing potential resource constraints across other projects.
- Ensure deployment plans meet business needs and timelines.
- Support the change management team in crafting and delivering communications to Supply Chain stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 15-20 years of experience in an operations environment, including plant leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain processes.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate to leadership and the program team.
- Enterprise-wide thinking, with a proactive approach to action.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and teams.
- Experience working effectively in distributed, team-oriented environments.

Work Relationships:
- Reports to VP, Supply Chain .
- Collaborates with program leadership, IT, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
Work Environment:
- Some travel may be required for project-related activities.
- Work schedules may occasionally extend beyond regular business hours.
