You’ll have the exciting responsibility of managing this relationship and leverage our existing contacts there to pursue other areas of opportunity within this client. In addition, you will use this existing relationship as a referral to establish new clients. Finally, by increasing sales you will need to hire more recruiters thus building the Accounting and Finance practice. You will be compensated by a combination of salary or draw, bonuses and profit sharing.

You must have:
• 5+ years solution sales experience, ideally in recruiting services of Accounting and Finance professionals
• Executive-Class English communication skills
• The ability to be an active listener who leverages this skill to truly understand client needs and wants and converts that into recruitment solutions.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, qualifying, interviewing and referencing skills
• High energy, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

• Up-to-date computer with high-speed Internet access
