Nestled in the beautiful Puget Sound the 110-bed for-profit hospital seeks a leader to make a significant impact into their organization. As the Director of Revenue Cycle, you will lead a season team. The facility has excellent tenured leadership and award-winning service lines. - Work in partnership with hospital administration to establish expectations, implement effective reporting and establish process trust.
- Lead the communication gateway between billing, follow-up, administration, and internal revenue cycle participants.
- Lead the Team to fix issues, modify processes, educate staff, and prevent issues from re-occurring.
- Assess the accuracy of all revenue capture and recognition methodologies, including clinical systems and dictionaries, encounter forms, and other charge documents.
- Evaluate current charging and coding structures and processes in clinical departments to ensure appropriate capture and reporting of revenue compliant with government and third-party payor requirements.
My client is requiring the following credentials:
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
- 5+ years’ of leadership experience in Revenue Cycle optimization and process improvement
- Computer proficiency, including demonstrated competence in Word, Power Point, Excel
- Positive and energetic personality; self-starter
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills
