Our client is a 150+ bed hospital that has engaged our firm to help them identify, attract and retain their next Market Director of Physician Services.

This VERY CRITICAL position is responsible for leading and directing clinic operations, billing and clinic finance and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Minimum 2 years of management level experience in medical clinic operations required.

The ideal candidate will be accomplished at physician recruitment and practice management and improvement.

Preferred experience in multi-disciplinary environment.

Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or health administration required.

5 years Management experience in an outpatient physician practice setting, which includes billing and collections.
