They have an immediate opening for a Director of Perioperative services to help take their new system wide leadership team to new levels of success and patient care.

Job Opening Summary
Coordinates and evaluates the quality of nursing/patient care, financial stability and service productivity. The Nursing Director is responsible for the professional development and morale of the service teams and has a close working relationship with the general management team and the medical staff to effectively meet system goals, organizational goals and all pillars relating to the departments he/she oversees.

Job Opening Qualifications:

Education:

• Graduate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Must have current Florida nursing license.
• ACLS , BLS, CNOR for Healthcare Providers preferred.
• Specialty certifications within 1 year of position, as appropriate.

Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Surgical Services.
