The Opportunity
As Director of Rehabilitation & Occupational Therapy, you will:
- Lead strategic planning and execution of rehabilitation and OT services
- Oversee departmental operations: staffing, scheduling, workflow optimization
- Drive performance measurement and continuous quality improvement
- Ensure regulatory compliance and evidence-based clinical standards
- Partner with executive leadership on budget planning and resource allocation
- Develop and mentor high-performing therapy teams
- Promote interdisciplinary integration to enhance patient outcomes
This role blends clinical credibility with administrative authority.
Ideal Profile
- Active licensure in a therapy discipline (OT, PT, SLP or related)
- Significant clinical foundation with progressive leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading teams and improving performance metrics
- Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning skills
- Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Executive-level communication capability
