Join a Magnet-recognized, non-profit health system in the beautiful coastal Southeast Region as their new Med/Surg Nursing Director. In this role, you will lead 7 units across two campuses, overseeing 500+ FTEs and 13 direct reports.

What You’ll Do

• Guide strategy for seven units including Med/Surg, Ortho/Spine, Float Pool and more

• Mentor leaders, boost engagement, and advance nursing excellence

• Collaborate closely with a transformational CNO in a high-visibility role

What You’ll Receive:

• $160K–$180K annual base salary plus relocation and temporary housing

Requirements:

• Master’s required RN (DNP/PhD preferred)

• At least five (5) years Med/Surg, ED, or Critical Care nursing in an acute care hospital plus at least three (3) years multi-unit leadership experience (Manager level minimum - Director preferred)

• Experience with Magnet and shared governance is required
