Join a Magnet-recognized, non-profit health system near Hilton Head, SC as their new Director of Medical Surgical Nursing. In this role, you will lead a team of 500+ total FTEs and report to an inspirational and transformational CNO.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of 13 direct reports, and guide strategy for seven (7) units across a dual campus health system including Medical / Surgical, Orthopedics / Spine, Float Pool, House Supervisors and more

• Mentor leaders, boost engagement, and advance nursing excellence

• Collaborate closely with a transformational CNO in a high-visibility role

What You’ll Get

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s required RN (DNP/PhD strongly preferred)

• At least five (5) years Med/Surg, ED, or Critical Care nursing in an acute care hospital plus at least three (3) years multi-unit leadership experience (Manager level minimum - Director level preferred)

• Magnet and shared governance experience is required
