Join an award winning, non-profit health system in the Southeast US Region as their new Director Med/Surg (RN). In this role, you will lead 5 units with a team of over 170 FTEs, including two Nurse Managers and team of Coordinators.

• Guide strategy for Med/Surg and PCU Units

• Mentor leaders, boost engagement, and advance nursing excellence

• Collaborate closely with a transformational CNO in a high-visibility role

What You’ll Receive:

• Up to $165k annual base salary plus relocation assistance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required / Master's degree preferred

• At least five (5) years Med/Surg nursing in an acute care hospital plus with at least 2-3 years in a leadership capacity (Manager level minimum - Director preferred)
