Nealy Pierce is partnering with a stable, non-profit community hospital to identify a Director over Medical Surgical and Progressive Care services.
Scope of the Role
- 80+ total inpatient beds
- 185+ teammates
- Oversight of Med/Surg + PCU operations
- Support from a team of experienced Managers and Clinical Coordinators
- Direct partnership with an approachable and highly supportive Chief Nursing Officer

Background Desired
- RN required
- BSN required; Master’s preferred
- Acute care nursing leadership experience required
