Our client is a large integrated 5* Resort in the Philippines.
This role will be reporting directly to EVP, VIP Marketing and Services.
This is a remote position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Macao.
Please note that this position is available for Macanese Nationals only.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with corporate goals
• Manage marketing budget and allocate funds for international activities
• Organize client relations, surveys, and special events
• Oversee client prospecting and proposal development
• Lead business development efforts with the team
• Coach team members for client interactions
• Collaborate with international offices on prospecting systems
• Manage corporate communications and vendor relations
• Maintain marketing database and financial reports
• Supervise marketing staff and make hiring decisions
Profile
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin
• Strong in spoken and written English
• College (or higher) degree
• Minimum 7 years experience in marketing or similar roles
• Experience in handling North Asia market
• Strategic thinking and planning abilities
• Strong budget management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with good communication skills
• Friendly with a positive attitude, enthusiastic
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on
• Eager to learn, motivated, flexible
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Computer literate
• Good attitude
• Flexible
• Adaptable
