GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee an organization's business operations in Dammam, KSA. Developing business goals and objectives to enhance growth and prosperity. Oversee designing and implementing business plans & strategies to promote the attainment of goals, ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To perform the functions customarily performed by a Director of an Oil & Gas sector manufacturing company. Liaising with the corporate office and submitting Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports.
• Identifying the governmental, statutory, and SAUDI-ARAMCO requirements and adapting strategies accordingly.
• To be responsible for the effective and successful management of staff, labour, productivity, cost control, quality control, and safety measures as established and set for the organization.
• To be responsible for continuous improvement in performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of innovative methods and strategies, as and when required.
• Take up Leadership responsibility to ensure that the company's operations deliver the deliverables in line with the corporate strategy and annual targets as provided by the CEO, covering client, people, service, process, and financial dimensions.
• Management of the profit and loss account.
• To be an active member of the strategic team, providing input, executing the strategy, driving operational excellence, delivering projects, services, and ensuring technical excellence globally.
• To collaborate with other Sr. Executives and business heads to deliver strategic targets. It should be noted that in addition to managing the Saudi market, the Director is expected to support other regions' global operations in the delivery of projects and products.
• To Exhibit Strong Marketing, Sales, and Operational delivery capabilities. Managing business parameters such as cost effectiveness, productivity, headcount, resource planning, and delivery of technical excellence.
• To exhibit a strong commercial acumen, including engagement with key clients, and to identify opportunities and develop the business, both internally and externally, to create a strong market presence and add value to the group. This includes targeted recruitment, preparation of strategic tenders for specific contracts, and promotion of the company's capability at client visits.
• To identify, set up, and operationalize the R&D and Product Development unit in Dammam.
• To study, identify, and engage in the outsourcing of redundant backend work to the mother company, thereby achieving cost efficiency.
• To diligently perform all such duties and exercise all such powers as are lawfully and properly assigned to him from time to time by the CEO, whether such duties or powers relate to the Company or any other Group Company;
• To comply with all Company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures (including any Code of Conduct) and those of any applicable Group Company from time to time in force.
• To comply with all applicable laws and all directions lawfully and properly given to him by the CEO.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 20 years, with the last 5 years in a similar position.
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2. Master’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Finance, or Industrial Management
3. Certification in Business planning & budgeting will be a plus

• Experienced in manufacturing Oil and Gas Extraction Equipment.
• Ability to evaluate and enhance estimating and bidding practices

• Familiarity with ARAMCO SAMSS, ISO, ASME, API etc
WORKING CONDITIONS:
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job will generally be performed in an office environment. As required, visit client offices, head office, branch offices, vendor facilities, manufacturing & testing locations, and onshore and offshore company/client sites.
HSE:
• Organize the departments, sections, or workplace so that any operation or work carried out is to a satisfactory standard of safety, with minimum risk to persons, materials, and equipment.
• Implementation of the Health and Safety management system.
• Participates in HIARA and for new activities/tasks
• Takes part in all accident/incident investigations, if required
IT H/W & S/W:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
