Director Institute Fetal Health

Our client is one of the top five pediatric and academic medical centers in the United States.

They have engaged our firm to perform a national search to identify the top candidates in the country to help take their Perinatal services to the next level.

Directs clinical nursing programs of the Institute for Fetal Health (CIFH). Develops and integrates clinical perinatal nursing operations within the Hospital and partner institutions. Facilitates, promotes and models leadership style consistent the IFH and with the Hospital leadership statement. Understands and synergizes the delivery of complex maternal fetal health care across the continuum beginning with prenatal diagnosis, counseling, intervention, delivery and postnatal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Nursing required.
• Master’s degree with a concentration in nursing administration, health care administration, business or other health care profession required.
• Nursing license Illinois required.
• Knowledge of complex maternal fetal health and neonatology services acquired through clinical experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of combined obstetrical, neonatal or fetal medicine nursing required.
• Experienced in working in partnership with healthcare professionals in leadership roles for 5 years.
• Programmatic development experience preferred.
