For 110 years, our client has served the residents of the Upper Connecticut Valley. Today they a thoroughly modern, 25-bed critical access hospital that has been recognized for providing exemplary cares, both regionally and nationally.
They have engaged our firm to identify a top executive to lead their Med Surg, Case Management, ICU and Respiratory Therapy Departments. The position reports directly to the CNO.
Qualifications:
- RN, ACLS, PALS. 2 + years leadership experience.
- Attain goals of superior patient safety, patient and family satisfaction.
- Analyzes activities and costs and operations of Inpatient areas.
- Provides and coordinates staff education.
- Works closely with clinical leader. 24/7 accountability.
