They are looking for a new Director to lead their expanding Home Health and Hospice division.

The Home Health & Hospice Director is responsible for ensuring quality and safe delivery of home health care services; assesses, plans, develops, implements and evaluates home health services, programs and activities according to written policies and procedures; organizes and directs departments on-going functions; and coordinates provision of home care services which reflect home health department philosophy and quality standards of care in compliance with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

 

• BSN Required – MSN Preferred
• Current PA RN nursing license
• 3+ years leadership experience in a related field
