The Director Enterprise Analytics, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, has responsibility for setting the enterprise analytics strategy and vision, along with managing the day-to-day operations of the analytics team, consisting of nine developers, three project managers, a reporting coordinator and a data governance coordinator. The functional areas of the department are data preparation and integrity, data warehousing, reporting/analytics/data exploration, information delivery and competency center.

Candidate qualifications include a Bachelors’ degree and a minimum of seven years in project management in a large, matrix organization, 10+ years working in the field of data warehousing and business intelligence, as well as technical knowledge such as data modeling, ETL processes, relational database, metadata/data management, database security and OLAP tools. Healthcare experience is preferred.

New Hanover Regional Medical Center is anchored by a teaching and tertiary care hospital, with the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, that serves a seven-county area.
