• Position will manage a growing 20+ bed ED with over 35k annual visits and a team of 60 FTE's
• Well supported by a team of Assistant Managers, Charge Nurses and a Department Educator

Qualifications & Requirements for Director, Emergency Department (RN):

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active RN License State
• 5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
• 2+ years of ER leadership experience as an Emergency Department Manager or Director level required
• Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
• Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
