• Manage an 8-bed ED with 15,000 annual visits, offering a mix of medical, surgical, and some trauma exposure.

• The ER Director will lead a dedicated team of 25+ FTEs, including two (2) Clinical Coordinators, in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

• Guide the implementation of Shared Governance and assist the hospital in achieving Pathways to Excellence designation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the strategic direction and operational oversight for the department to improve patient care delivery and performance metrics.

• Lead, mentor, and support a skilled nursing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.

• Drive clinical excellence and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of progressive ED nursing leadership experience (Clinical Supervisor / Assistant Nurse Manager level and above).

• Education: 5+ years of total ED nursing experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: Up to $128,000 annually, based on experience.

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000.
