Director Education and Organizational Development

They have an immediate opening for a leader for their dynamic Human Resources department.

In collaboration with the Senior Director of HR, champions the organizational strategy for the Culture of Excellence by initiating, designing, and implementing programs to align the work force and key organizational initiatives. Plans, coordinates, and directs system-wide training and staff development programs, policies, and systems (e.g. electronic learning software). Supports the HR Strategic Plan by coordinating the HR Planning Committee, drafting HR Plans, and creating system action plans and supporting the annual HR budgeting process for education and events. As part of the HR Leadership Team, ensures alignment with strategic direction of the organization. Develops and manages organizational accountability systems to ensure alignment throughout each level of the organization.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources or a related field required.
  • Seven years’ experience working in a Human Resources Leadership Role, preferably in Healthcare, including accountabilities for Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Education required.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:
  • ODCP, SHRM or SPHR certification preferred.
