Our client is a large integrated 5* Resort in the Philippines.
Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
• Design and manage pay structures, incentives, and bonuses; ensure market competitiveness
• Oversee employee benefits programs (health, retirement, wellness) for value and compliance
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll across locations
• Build a strategy integrating pay, benefits, and recognition
• Manage expat programs, ensuring legal compliance
• Oversee vendors, negotiate contracts, and maintain compliance
• Develop and support the comp & benefits team
• Use HR systems for tracking and reporting data insights
Profile
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role
• Integrated 5* Resort experience is a plus
• Proven ability to oversee external vendors for benefits, payroll, mobility, and compensation survey services
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in overseeing global mobility and expatriate assignments
• Result oriented and great eye for details
• Excellent English both written and verbal
• Positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Driven, ambitious, very dynamic
• Energetic, hands-on, flexible, and motivated
• Able to work under pressure and fast response to meet the deadlines
