Our client is an 80 bed, independent non-profit hospital.

Recently our client received the Outstanding Patient Experience Award from HealthGrades, scoring in the top 5% of more than 3,700 U.S. hospitals surveyed. More recently, the Hospital conducted an employee survey and found 86.2% satisfaction on a survey in which 94% of employees participated—both percentages were benchmarks among all hospitals in the survey pool. The Medical Group was also awarded by Arbor Associates for exceeding patient expectations in the medical office setting.

Our client is seeking a succesful Revenue Cycle leader to take a great department to new heights of excellence.

The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for directing and coordinating the overall functions of the Revenue Cycle to ensure maximization of cash flow while helping drive the business and providing outstanding services to our patients.

Management oversight of all business related functions of the patient visit from point of entry to accurate adjudication of the patients’ accounts. Specific areas of responsibility include Revenue Cycle Training, Patient Access, and Claims Management, Billing, Collections, Integrity of Patient Accounts, and Accounts Receivable Management.

Bachelors degree in accounting, business management or related field, with a minimum of 5 years prior health care revenue cycle management

Strong background in financial management and knowledge of federal and state laws and requirements relating to healthcare management
