Position Overview
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for driving strategic growth by expanding partnerships with leading biopharma and clinical research organizations. This role focuses on promoting a comprehensive portfolio of clinical trial logistics and kitting solutions, including global sample management, and pre-analytical processing, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on global research operations.

- Total Compensation OTE: $150,000 - $175,000 + Commission Package (uncapped with accelerators)
