The Director of Business Development role will focus on proactively generating new business opportunities, of the East Coast region, while managing and expanding relationships through account management and upselling new solutions. The position involves collaborating with the development team to shape offerings, maintaining a robust pipeline, and engaging with senior decision-makers to drive growth.

Estimated Compensation Package:

• Base Salary: $150,000-$200,000
• Bonus: 50% of salary
