Nealy Pierce has partnered with a Magnet designated non profit healthcare system to hire a Director of Accreditation to oversee Joint Commission readiness across its hospitals and outpatient sites. This role carries organization-wide visibility and works closely with executive leadership to ensure proactive survey readiness and regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct accreditation strategy across multiple hospitals and facilities

• Coordinate mock surveys and tracers

• Educate leaders on compliance standards

• Monitor readiness trends and resolve risk areas

Requirements

• Current Joint Commission experience

• Master’s degree (preferably as an RN)

• Multi-site healthcare experience

• Proven leadership influence skills
