Job Description
Client Summary:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Healthcare analytics company focused on improving cost management and outcomes for complex therapies

- Combines clinical expertise, data analytics, and market strategy to improve payer decision-making
- Positioned in the fast-growing market of specialty pharmacy and advanced therapy management
- Collaborative environment focused on delivering measurable value to healthcare organizations and patients
- Serve as the primary strategic and relationship lead for assigned health plan clients.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Pharmacy leaders and Medical Directors.
- Translate clinical, outcomes, and rebate data into clear, actionable client recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Trade Relations, Clinical Pharmacy, and Analytics to align strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and client presentations using data-driven storytelling to highlight performance and opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence across client onboarding, reporting, and delivery commitments.
- Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency, insight generation, and client value.
- Maintain strict HIPAA and PHI compliance standards.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- PharmD or RN strongly preferred; MBA or MMHC strongly preferred
- 3+ years of managed care experience required, preferably within a health plan, PBM, or related healthcare organization
- Experience in Account Management, Clinical Strategy, or Client Services within the managed care industry required
- Experience supporting the development and delivery of client-facing presentations and business reviews
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data and clinical insights into clear, client-ready messaging
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and support ongoing client relationships
- Comfortable engaging with clients and internal stakeholders in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%) for client meetings, in-person business reviews, and conferences
- Working knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, and clinical policy considerations; exposure to rebate contracting concepts preferred
