We are seeking a strategic, client-focused, and digitally savvy Director of Account Management & Strategy to lead a team responsible for driving client success, retention, and growth across key accounts. This role combines high-level relationship management with deep expertise in digital strategy to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership & Management

Serve as the senior strategic lead across a portfolio of high-value digital accounts.

Build and nurture trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, Heads of Digital, etc.).

Oversee account planning, goal-setting, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with client objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, media, tech, analytics) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Strategic Development

Lead the development of digital-first strategic plans including customer journey mapping, channel planning, and performance frameworks.

Translate business goals into measurable KPIs, and ensure continuous optimization through data and insights.

Stay ahead of digital trends and innovation to provide forward-thinking recommendations to clients.
Team Leadership

Manage and mentor a team of account managers and strategists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Set clear performance expectations and support professional development through coaching and feedback.

Work closely with senior leadership to evolve service offerings and drive agency growth.
Growth & Innovation

Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities, partnering with business development and product teams.

Present strategic recommendations, performance reviews, and new initiatives to clients and internal stakeholders.

Champion the integration of new digital tools, platforms, and best practices across accounts.
Required Qualifications

8–12+ years of experience in account management, digital strategy, or client services in an agency, consultancy, or digital-first organization.

Proven success managing large-scale digital campaigns and client relationships.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, CRM, content, analytics, etc.).

Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Data-driven mindset with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Bachelor’s degree

Experience with Martech, Adtech, or SaaS platforms.

Familiarity with agile or cross-functional team structures.

Comfortable navigating both B2B and B2C client environments.
