We are looking for a Director of AI Engineering to work for our client, a cutting-edge organization driving innovation in artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AI model development, machine learning frameworks, and scalable AI architectures, with a strong leadership background to drive AI strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML specialists, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Define AI strategies, research new technologies, and implement best practices to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and machine learning models into business applications.
- Ensure compliance with AI ethics, governance, and security best practices.
- Optimize AI/ML pipelines, model training processes, and data workflows for high performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML development and leadership.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and neural network architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong background in big data processing, MLOps, and AI model deployment.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML teams and delivering large-scale AI-driven projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business strategies.
