Position Description

The goal for an individual in this position is to lead a small elite analytics team to manage an area of the business. The Director/VP is able to use predictive models to identify and improve areas of the business. This leader has very strong quantitative capabilities and is able to think outside the box. Creative ability building and using predictive models is essential, as is the capability to teach others. The individual is a subject matter expert who keeps informed about industry standards and resources

Experience and Education

6+ years experience in increasing analyst roles in financial services, risk management, or marketing.

3+ years experience managing and leading a team is required.

Master’s degree in Data Science, Predictive Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.
