Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and retain residential land development engineering and design teams from the Sr. PM level to Civil 3D design levels.
- Lead projects and teams in the development of plans and specifications for residential and master planned communities, to include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers and other necessary elements.
- Serve as primary point of contact for high value clients.
Requirements:
- Registered Civil P.E. (TX)
- Experience in building and leading teams who develop and deliver residential land development projects
