Location: Southern New Mexico Schedule: Full-Time, Exempt Setting: 199-Bed Acute Care Teaching Hospital

What You’ll Do

Direct all aspects of hospital-wide quality, infection prevention, and compliance
-
Lead survey preparation for TJC, CMS, state audits, and certifications
-
Mentor and develop the quality and clinical excellence team
-
Analyze, report, and act on performance improvement data
-
Guide culture-shaping initiatives focused on safety and satisfaction
-
Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership to drive sustainable outcomes
What You’ll Need

BSN required; MSN, MHA, or MBA strongly preferred
-
Current RN license in the state of New Mexico (or compact eligible)
-
Minimum 7 years of healthcare experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
-
Experience in for-profit hospital systems preferred
-
Proven success with quality programs, survey readiness, and team leadership

Strong communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
