Linke Resources is recruiting for a Direct Support Professional located in Boothwyn, PA. The Direct Support Professional provides direct service to adults with serious and persistent mental health needs living in residential programs. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Assists those served in reaching a maximum level of self-sufficiency through individualized interventions.
• Provides instruction and hands-on support to promote development of skills identified in service and recovery plans.
• Develops and maintains connections with community providers to coordinate services.
• Collects outcome data and analyzes to evaluate service-delivery.
• Records and reports billable services.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with clients, families, funders and the community as a whole.
• Administers medication.

Education:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelors in behavioral health or related discipline preferred
