Their platform is used by Fortune 500 companies, airports, prisons, law enforcement agencies, and critical infrastructure providers to protect physical and digital assets.

To support their continued growth, they are hiring a Law Enforcement Sales Director with deep experience selling SaaS solutions into law enforcement and public safety sectors. This is a remote role with national reach and a significant opportunity for high impact and strong earnings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and engage prospective law enforcement clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the company's drone detection and security technology.

  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales lifecycle—prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, and closing—with a focus on new ARR.

  • Channel & Partner Strategy: Collaborate with channel and technology partners to drive joint sales opportunities.

  • Client Success & Retention: Foster long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.

  • Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to the law enforcement vertical, including competitive analysis and market feedback.

  • Travel: Travel up to 25%–50% to engage with customers, partners, and attend relevant industry events.

  • CRM & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to maintain pipeline accuracy, forecast revenue, and track sales activities.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years of success in SaaS sales with a focus on law enforcement, public safety, or related government verticals.

  • Network: Existing relationships within law enforcement agencies, ideally at state or local levels.

  • Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.

  • Mindset: Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and energized by working in a fast-paced startup environment.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: NEGOTIABLE
