We are seeking an experienced Dining Room/Service Manager for a premier private country club in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will collaborate with dining staff to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences. Dining Room Manager Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Dining Room Manager or in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service and fine dining etiquette. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Experience with scheduling staff while adhering to labor budgets.
  • Education in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
