Our client, a Marketing and Advertising agency that focuses on the GenZ experience, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead a small team. This role will focus on the optimization of paid media campaigns (SEO, Email, etc). The ideal candidate has incredibly strong paid media skills. While you won't be executing on media, you will need to understand ads and audiences so that you can be a true people leader. You love autonomy, and you want to be a part of an amazing culture that works at an incredible pace on multiple campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for performing a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

  • Oversee a team that focuses on membership marketing in terms of retention and acquisition
  • Ensure timely product positioning and positioning
  • Conduct competitor analysis from pricing, to content
  • As part of a team, create digital products from strategy to delivery
  • Ensure SEO is optimized to maximize on conversions in push, email, paid media, and in-app
  • Manage message consistency and positive customer experience
  • Understand the Customer and their journey - be the champion of the customer
  • Work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Support your team of UX and UI designers to ensure the platform is optimized
  • Conduct analytics and stay at the forefront on new trends

The following are the minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

  • Fast learner with experience supporting multiple brands
  • Advanced understanding of the customer experience
  • Experience with loyalty based marketing
  • Strong skill set with dashboard configurables
  • Prior experience with execution of paid ads
  • Ability to optimize product and work side-by-side with the product and data teams.
