Position Overview
Our Company is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator to
support our growing used boat sales operation. This role blends marketing execution, CRM management, sales
support, and transaction coordination to ensure no opportunities are missed and every deal moves efficiently.
Marketing & Digital Presence.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging weekly content
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for listings and promotions
• Maintain and optimize listings across multiple sales platforms
• Execute digital advertising campaigns and email marketing initiatives
• Monitor social media engagement, online inquiries, and customer reviews
• Assist in developing promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
CRM & Lead Management
• Manage CRM system and track all customer leads and interactions
• Maintain accurate and organized customer and prospect data
• Develop and manage automated lead follow-up and customer engagement campaigns
• Maintain timely communication with leads to maximize conversion opportunities
• Generate sales and marketing performance reports
• Ensure consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
Sales Support
• Respond to inbound leads
• Schedule showings and sea trials
• Assist in managing deals
• Conduct boat showings and educate customers on available upgrades and ownership options
• Provide post-sale follow-up
Transaction & F&I; Coordination
• Prepare sales documents
• Coordinate with lenders and insurers
• Ensure accurate transaction completion
• Maintain compliance records
Operations & Collaboration
• Coordinate with dock and service teams
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist in sales events
• Track marketing ROI
• Align with brand standards
Work Schedule & Environment
• Full-time, on-site role. Standard hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation
• Base Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
• Commission: $200 per boat sold
• Expected Annual Volume: 100–120 boats sold
• On-Target Earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+
• Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding operation
Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or social media management required
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management preferred
• Photography, videography, or content creation experience is a plus
• Sales support or customer-facing experience preferred
