Job Description:
Century Credit Union is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strong writing skills with visual storytelling and digital strategy to create engaging content that strengthens brand awareness and increases member engagement.
Position Overview
As the Digital Content Specialist, you will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute strategic digital campaigns that support growth, promote products and services, and increase engagement with current and prospective members.
This position is full time and plays a key role in bringing the credit union’s brand to life through high-quality digital content across multiple channels, including the website, email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of marketing or advertising experience, preferably in financial services (credit union or bank).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using technology and adapting quickly to new platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM and digital analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
