ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

 

·         1-3 years of experience as Team Manager

·         This person will provide general supervision Managing and leading a team of software engineers.

·         Contributing in big ways to UI and Design of new features

·         Helping set standards and practices for coding, code review, branching & merging.

·         Improving and developing team processes and responsible for Performance Management of team members

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Nice to have programming experience in past with Java/C/C++/.NET

·         Experience with virtualization technologies, VMware  vCenter and ESX servers preferred not mandatory

·         Strong people management background

·         Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum software development methodology and practices

·         Experience with Enterprise Systems Management Solutions
