Desktop Support
Our client, a leader in Health and Fitness publishing is looking for a desktop support person.
You will:
Be responsible for overseeing the technical helpdesk and provide leadership to our staff.
Identify technical gaps and recommend solutions to senior management.
Maintain a working knowledge of the systems software, hardware and service offerings as well as stay abreast of the current trends in the market place.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience with both PC and Mac environment.
5 years experience in a helpdesk/ support environment
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong Technical skills -Internet technology, understanding of networks, protocols and hardware is a must.
Technical Certifications an asset
