  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and other Roles on Windows Server 2008 or later.
  • Office 365
  • Understanding of ERP systems
  • Knowledge of VMware and clusters
  • Great communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask with accuracy
  • Knowledge of computer imaging and skill to implement lifecycle replacements.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of VOIP and PBX phone systems.
