Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product development or technical innovation, with a focus on creating novel solutions.
• Prior expertise in designing dynamic systems or integrative technologies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills, encompassing active listening, written, and verbal proficiency, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard office software and enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to thrive under time-sensitive and budget-constrained conditions, maintaining high standards of performance.
• Supplementary knowledge of electrical systems or related coursework is advantageous.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of 3 to 7 initiatives at various stages of development, ensuring timely progress and alignment with client objectives.
• Utilize advanced technical tools to conceptualize and refine innovative solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Address complex challenges by analyzing variables and devising effective resolutions within dynamic environments.
• Ensure designs adhere to internal standards, industry best practices, and external regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate technical activities, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and resolving design or testing obstacles to maintain project momentum.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, schematics, or prototypes at interim and final stages to document progress and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous records of development processes to comply with organizational quality and certification standards.
• Review technical outputs, including schematics, documentation, and data, to verify accuracy, completeness, and readiness for production.
