Apollo Technical has an immediate need for a Foodservice Equipment Design Engineer

Seeking a detail-oriented Foodservice Equipment Design Engineer to design and draft school foodservice serving counter lines using AutoCAD. Collaborate with engineers, consultants, project managers, and sales teams to create functional and aesthetic foodservice spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop serving counter layouts and custom equipment configurations.
• Translate project requirements into detailed 2D models and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, health standards, and operational efficiency.
• Work with vendors to select appropriate materials and equipment.
• Support installation to ensure design integrity.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial foodservice equipment or kitchen layout design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus).
• Strong understanding of workflow optimization, equipment selection, and space planning.
• Knowledge of relevant safety codes and foodservice regulations.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 2D modeling and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with school district foodservice requirements.
• Background in working with foodservice contractors.
