Our client is a catering, logistics and facilities management company; which services a wide range of clients such as mining sites, offshore drilling platforms, hospitals, airlines, etc.
A big focus of the company is remote oil and gas operations, and this position is for one of their sites in Indonesia.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
• Monitor and ensure the smooth flow of operation
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor resource use to control spending
• Communicate effectively with management through phone, email, reports, or in person
• Build and lead a strong team by recruiting, selecting, and guiding employees
• Monitor information and events to detect and resolve problems
• Set performance standards, provide guidance, and assess team performance
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply new knowledge to the role
• Schedule events, programs, and staff activities
• Perform daily administrative tasks like maintaining files and processing paperwork

• Experience in similar role
• Experience in similar remote location
• Familiar with budgeting and costing
• Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented
• Exceptional people skills, able to adapt well to the local culture
• Solid decision making and problem solving skills, even when under pressure
• Culturally aware and flexible
• Great personality and positive attitude
• Excellent people motivator
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
