• 2+ years’ experience in a deposit operations specialist role
• Excel at supporting the bank’s back-office operations
• Support online customers
• Ability to process wire transfers and unauthorized card and ACH transaction disputes
• Be a natural at reconciling assigned bank control accounts
• Ability to process legal orders
• Must currently work for a Community Bank or Credit Union
